Why did you volunteer with AAOE, and what would you say to others considering it?
While pursuing my Executive MBA, I felt called to contribute more to orthopedics — volunteering with the Annual Conference Council has been a rewarding way to do just that. If you're thinking about it, jump in — it's a great way to grow and give back. My experience with the Council has made me feel inspired, engaged and grateful.
What AAOE member benefit do you use most and why?
I use the discussion forums (Collaborate) and webinars most — they offer practical insights from peers that help us improve orthopedic operations at WashU.
Why are you passionate about the orthopedic practice profession?
Orthopedics is where innovation meets impact — helping patients regain mobility is powerful, and I love building the teams and systems that make it possible.
Gratitude from all of us at AAOE for volunteering and for the wonderful work you do!.
