I am a healthcare revenue cycle leader with more than 30 years of experience in orthopedic practice management, reimbursement strategy, coding, compliance, and revenue cycle operations. I currently serve in a senior revenue cycle leadership role with Growth Orthopedics, overseeing enterprise reimbursement operations across multiple orthopedic practices.

I hold certifications as an RHIT, CPC, and CPPM, and I am passionate about operational improvement, team development, and advancing revenue cycle performance within orthopedic healthcare organizations.

I have been actively involved with the American Alliance of Orthopaedic Executives for many years, currently serving on the Education Council and Annual Conference Council, while also facilitating the AAOE Finance Roundtable. I am also a Past President of the Kentucky Medical Group Management Association.
