My work is centered around bringing structure, accountability, and clarity to the front desk- where first impressions are made and patient trust begins. I lead with a focus on consistency, clear communication, and developing teams that show up with confidence and professionalism.
I’m passionate about refining processes, supporting team growth, and making sure operations run in a way that supports both clinical teams and patient outcomes.
Currently a member of the AAOE Leadership Academy Class of 2026, continuing to grow within the business side of orthopedics.
