Kim Cordia is a dedicated Nurse Administrator in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Washington University School of Medicine. With over 20 years of diverse nursing experience—including bedside care, operating room duties, and outpatient services—Kim has built a career focused on improving patient outcomes and advancing care practices.
Her leadership is rooted in a passion for patient-centered care and continuous improvement. Kim has led initiatives that have significantly enhanced clinical efficiency and patient satisfaction, including the development of the department’s orthopedic website.
