Jeremy Moore

Jeremy Moore, PTA, is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with over 13 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics. Since joining Coastal Orthopedics in 2013, he has played a key role in clinical operations, patient care, and team leadership. His expertise extends across multiple departments, including Physical Therapy, MRI, Doctors’ Assistants, Orthopedic Cast Technicians, and Durable Medical Equipment (DME), where he has been instrumental in optimizing workflow efficiency, patient access, and departmental coordination.

With a strong background in hands-on patient care and operational management, Jeremy brings a strategic approach to improving clinical efficiency and enhancing the patient experience. His leadership has helped streamline processes and support the continued growth of Coastal Orthopedics.

Before transitioning into healthcare, Jeremy served six years in the United States Air Force, earning multiple honors, including the Air Combat Command Crew Chief Safety Award of Distinction, the Superior Performer Award, and the Air Force Commendation Medal. His military background instilled in him a commitment to excellence, teamwork, and problem-solving—qualities he carries into his leadership role today.
