Jennifer brings more than 30 years of healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience. She has owned a billing service, taught coding and billing courses, and consulted across multiple specialties. Since joining Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinic in 2019, she has led initiatives focused on team development, operational excellence, process improvement, and collaborative leadership.
