Membership Criteria Task Force
- Help define who qualifies for AAOE membership, especially as roles and practice models continue to change.
- Clarify the differences between members, consultants, and vendors, including the gray areas and hybrid roles that do not fit neatly into the current criteria.
- Recommend practical screening questions AAOE can use on membership applications to determine eligibility more consistently.
- Explore whether AAOE should create new membership categories, such as associate or consultant membership, and make recommendations to the Board.
Become a Peer Review Panelist
When trustworthy members participate in our Peer Review process, their objective evaluation helps us decide which healthcare products and services deliver performance improvements, organizational savings, and overall value for professionals in the field.
As an AAOE member who serves as a Peer Review panelist, you'll:
- Learn about the latest healthcare products, services, and solutions.
- Evaluate them for quality, service, and value.
- Help your industry colleagues make effective choices in the vendor marketplace.
The review typically takes up to 60 minutes. It includes a recording, an overview of the solution, and online feedback. Sometimes, it also includes reviewing a case study. Panelists are matched to products and services based on their expertise and can select the opportunities they want to review.
