Winning Without AI, and Why It's Harder for Ortho in 2027

December 16, 2026 | 1:00 - 2:30 pm ET

AI is everywhere, but the fundamentals of a winning orthopedic practice haven’t changed: excellent care, great providers, and owning the patient relationship. You can still win without AI. But in 2027, it will cost you so much more.

In this candid conversation, Raleigh Orthopaedic CEO Brian Bizub and Dr. Leon Anijar of Flagler Health break down what each fundamental really costs to deliver manually, and where AI changes the math. This webinar is for practice administrators and executives planning for 2027. Registrants receive the recording and a one-page scorecard to size up their practice’s manual workload.

Learning Objectives:
  • Explain why the fundamentals of a winning ortho practice haven’t changed, and why delivering them manually gets more expensive in 2027.
  • Estimate the staff hours your practice spends on manual work across access, intake, follow-up and revenue cycle.
  • Identify where patients leak out between the first call and treatment, and how to measure it.
  • Prioritize the one or two workflows to automate first, and which to leave alone, based on a peer CEO’s real decisions."
