Legacy by Design: Creating Programs That Build and Empower Tomorrow's Leaders | Collaborate Live
"A leader's lasting value is measured by succession." -John Maxwell. Leadership development is how an organization protects its longevity and builds a legacy that outlasts any one leader. When turnover and growth expose gaps in a practice, investing in future leaders is a strategic decision. This session covers why the investment matters, how its impact extends well beyond the people in the room, and what it takes to launch a program that endures. We'll talk through program design, securing buy-in, and measuring success in ways that resonate with senior leadership and stakeholders. Whether you're starting from scratch or rethinking a program that has stalled, your experience belongs in the conversation. The best time to build your next leader is before you need one.
Join us for AAOE's second Collaborate Live, an open, guided discussion led by Kiera Williams, focused on developing future leaders. Bring your questions, challenges, and come ready to collaborate, live!
