When Orthopedic + Fracture Specialists adopted iQueue for Surgical Clinics, staff were initially cautious—“I don’t think this is really going to help us.” Just two weeks after go-live, the results told a different story: “We’ve never been this caught up.”

In this session, Orthopedic + Fracture Specialists will share how they streamlined surgical scheduling without adding staff, yet became far more efficient and gained the ability to book cases further out. By leveraging data-driven insights to maximize surgeon time, the team transformed their scheduling process and improved operational performance.

The discussion will highlight the top reasons surgeries stall, why many of these cases can be recovered, and the operational shifts that made the difference. Attendees will walk away with practical lessons on how digitized case plans, real-time visibility, and better coordination can unlock measurable efficiency gains, greater throughput, and improved scheduling experiences for staff and physicians alike.
