Please note the Coding Seminar on October 3rd & 4th is being held in place of the FOS/BSOF Coding & Reimbursement Conference typically held in December.

Housing Information:

The 2024 Annual Meeting + Coding Seminar will be held at the Tampa Marriott Water Street. Information on how to qualify for our group rate housing rate will be provided by email upon meeting registration.

Our group rate is $285 per night, plus taxes and fees. The cut-off date to book in our group block has been extended to Monday, September 16, 2024.

Current BSOF or FOS Member:
-Annual Meeting Only: $150
-Coding Sessions Only (with Workbook): $300
-Annual Meeting + Coding Sessions: $450

Non-Member:
-Annual Meeting Only: $250
-Coding Sessions Only (with Workbook): $400
-Annual Meeting + Coding Sessions: $650

Additional Tickets:
-Guest Ticket for Receptions (Family Member of Attendee): $50
-Saturday Dinner & Entertainment: $85 per person

Please note: A $50 surcharge will apply to all registrations received after September 30th, 2024. Any cancellations after September 5, 2024, will incur a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after September 30, 2024
