Professional Bio
A seasoned association executive with over three decades of professional leadership experience, Heather's background is in member relations, chapter services, continuing education and human resources. She has held senior positions at differing types of nonprofit organizations - charitable, trade and membership.
At this point on her career journey, Heather has elected to serve in a remote part-time capacity. Her 30 plus year track record of successfully advancing tactical goals and strategic visions for other national associations is an asset for AAOE and our partner organizations. Our members benefit from her strength in communications, consistency and collaboration.
Heather graduated with honors from the University of Maryland. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral and Social Sciences and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa national academic honor society.
