AAOE 2027 Awards of Excellence Nomination Form

General submission requirements include nominee application; supporting documentation; and details of involvement in AAOE or the orthopedic industry.  

A great nomination tells a story. When you take the time to write a thorough nomination, you give our review committee the context they need to understand what truly sets your nominee apart. Specific information and examples on the influence, real impact, innovation, and the difference this nominee has made for their practice or the wider orthopaedic community - these details help us recognize the people who deserve it most. A few well-chosen sentences carry far more weight than a name alone, so share what you know. It is the best way to make sure your nominee's contributions are seen the way they should be.
