2025 Membership Report

Advocacy Council
- Strengthened member engagement through increased activity on Collaborate.
- Represented AAOE at the AAOS National Orthopaedic Leadership Conference.
- Published monthly advocacy blogs and released member vignettes.
Annual Conference Council
- Delivered a successful in‑person Annual Conference with 478 registrants and 89.5% exhibitor satisfaction.
- Co-launched the AAOE Bucks exhibit hall initiative with the Industry Relations Advisory Board.
- Expanded engagement through record participation in Speed Meetings.
- Presented 55 education sessions, with more than 60% led by AAOE members.
Benchmarking Council
- Expanded marketing and outreach for the Benchmarking Survey.
- Engaged 97 practices in the 2024 data‑year survey.
- Generated $47,710 in revenue through Benchmarking results purchases.
Education Council
- Executed the 2025 Education Content Calendar with 50 webinars.
- Reached approximately 700 attendees across webinar programming.
- Featured member expertise, with 86% of webinars led by AAOE members.
- Led initial strategy and brainstorming for the 2026 Billing & Coding webinar series launch.
Membership Council
- Strengthened the Member Discounts and Benefits Program and hosted member benefit webinars.
- Launched the Member‑Get‑a‑Member campaign to support membership growth.
- Developed the Conference Navigator Program to pilot at the 2026 Annual Conference.
Technology Council
- Developed the AI Roundtable that launched in 2026.
- Expanded promotion of the vendor comparison tool to increase member awareness.
- Continued development of technology resources to support member success.
- Developed the concept of leveraging AI-driven transcription tools.
Young and New Professionals Council
- Curated the Young and New Professionals Track for the Annual Conference.
- Developed the AAOE Acronym Dictionary for launch in 2026.
- Published the e‑book “Top 20 Things an Orthopedic Executive Should Know”.
- Hosted quarterly roundtables.
Industry Relations Advisory Board
- Co‑launched the AAOE Bucks exhibit hall initiative with the Annual Conference Council.
- Created new initiatives to increase vendor and sponsor engagement during the conference.
- Supported conference growth through vendor recruitment and exhibit hall improvements.
