Her medical billing company served many specialties for 25 years including DME, gynecology, hospitalist care, infectious disease, neonatology, pediatrics, primary care, prosthetics, radiology and orthopedics. Jennifer has taught coding and billing classes, and consulted on collections and practice management issues. Her current work at OrthoTennessee focuses on developing teams, continuous improvement, training, standard processes, and collaborative management.

Lyndsay is the Senior Business Development Manager at Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee overseeing business development, marketing and physician relations. She plays a large role in building relationships within the community, serving as a board member and Ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce and a board member of Southern Middle Tennessee MGMA. Lyndsay graduated from Penn State University and earned her Master’s Degree in Sports Medicine from Armstrong Atlantic State University. She is a Certified Athletic Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
