Ruschell Gladden is a seasoned customer service professional with over 24 years of experience. Currently serving as the Patient Access Director at Midlands Orthopedics & Neurosurgery in Columbia, SC. Ruschell is dedicated to enriching the employee and patient experience through her collaborative, supportive, and guiding leadership style. As a motivational speaker, she encourages others to “Be their best U!” and embrace authenticity. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, including her grandson Brayden, and enjoys thrift shopping.

Jennifer has worked in roles including front desk, charge entry, biller, payment poster, coder, appeals, practice manager, billing service owner, consultant and revenue cycle director over the past 30 years. She found her passion in billing and the revenue cycle process. Her medical billing company served many specialties for 25 years including DME, gynecology, hospitalist care, infectious disease, neonatology, pediatrics, primary care, prosthetics, radiology and orthopedics. Jennifer has taught coding and billing classes, and consulted on collections and practice management issues. Her current work at OrthoTennessee focuses on developing teams, continuous improvement, training, standard processes, and collaborative management.
Lyndsay Sullivan, Senior Business Development Manager
Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee
Lyndsay is the Senior Business Development Manager at Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee overseeing business development, marketing and physician relations. She plays a large role in building relationships within the community, serving as a board member and Ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce and a board member of Southern Middle Tennessee MGMA. Lyndsay graduated from Penn State University and earned her Master’s Degree in Sports Medicine from Armstrong Atlantic State University. She is a Certified Athletic Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
