AAOE's 2019 Annual Conference agenda is packed with a lineup of all-star industry experts presenting on the latest trends and innovation in orthopedic practice management. To help you get to know the conference's speakers a little better, we will be spotlighting them leading up to the conference.

AAOE's 2019 Annual Conference brings to you John Polikandriotis, PhD, MBA, MPH, FACHE, CMPE, CEO of Vail Summit Orthopaedics. We all know or at least have read stories of legendary leaders who seem destined or just simply born for success. Most successful leaders are not born, they are made. People who aspire to be successful leaders have to seize the opportunity and set a path: to manage their career choices and craft their experiences and behaviors. But what does that path look like? While there is certainly no "one size fits all" approach, focusing on certain behaviors will improve your chance of success. During this session, the presenter will reflect on his own path to leadership success, share pearls of wisdom that he has discovered through years of research, and provide examples of what others have done that have led them to success along with attributed and traits that seem predictive of success.

Register now for AAOE's 2019 Annual Conference, May 5-8 in Nashville, TN to attend Polikandriotis's session! Add his session to your personal agenda during registration, or add it later by editing your registration form in the Attendee Service Center
