AAOE's 2019 Annual Conference agenda is packed with a lineup of all-star industry experts presenting on the latest trends and innovation in orthopedic practice management. To help you get to know the conference's speakers a little better, we will be spotlighting them leading up to the conference.

AAOE's 2019 Annual Conference brings to you Julie Jines, MHA, CPHRMDirector of Risk Management of OrthoForum Insurance Company c/o IntraHealth Group. What happened?” As leaders in the practice faced with the daily issues and problems that arise, we at times find ourselves asking this question and subsequently trying to determine why. Attend this session for case studies of extraordinary incidents that have occurred within practices. Learn why they happened and the steps you should take to prevent such incidents in your own practice.

Jines recently shared some information to help you get to know more about her and her session!

AAOE: Why should attendees come to your session?

Jines: Our session will highlight real situations of when things went wrong, will explain why they went wrong and will provide tips for prevention in your practice.

AAOE: What's a fun fact about you that attendees should know?

Jines: I live in the hometown of a current chart topping country music star. (He still lives here, too!)

AAOE: What are key takeaways from your session?

Jines: Mitigation strategies for those, "it won't/can't happen to us" situations.
