Week of February 12, 2018  The President released his budget proposal for the 2019 fiscal year and it includes several proposals that could affect your practice. While the President's budget, regardless of who the President is, is usually meaningless (Congress did just pass a two-year budget last week) it's important to know what's in the budget as these provisions can always be used by Congress in other pieces of legislation.
