You’re Invited: Executive Roundtable at AAOE

Hosted by GE Healthcare

Protect Your Practice Independence: You can’t afford to miss this executive discussion

Learn and share actionable strategies to drive operational and financial productivity

In this transitional period of healthcare marked by declining reimbursement rates, regulatory hurdles, recent merger and acquisition activity, or the impending shift from fee for service to pay for performance, driving efficiency and profitability are key ways to protect the independence of your orthopedic practice.

Join us for a roundtable discussion where two leading orthopaedic practices will share simple, actionable ways to turbocharge your operational and financial productivity. Learn how Ortho Northeast adjusted workflows to nearly triple exam room utilization for recheck patients and save $800,000. Also hear how COSSA streamlined their revenue cycle management and leveraged automation to accelerate payments by over 22 percent. They developed easy simple ways of identifying which patient insurance plans need authorization. You and your industry peers will have the opportunity to share your own best practices for boosting operational and financial productivity and engage in an interactive dialogue.

As demands in the healthcare industry continue to change, organizations that operate lean, maximize resources and optimize business performance are well-positioned to compete and win – and protect their independence.

** Light dinner and refreshments will be served. **
