Hear from AAOE member Marcia Siguenza, Vice President of Human Resources for Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, who will address current challenges facing the workforce related to retention. With unemployment causing a more fluid workforce and concerns of loyalty surrounding Millennials, retention should be a major focus for your practice. Learn how to overcome these obstacles through improved communication at all stages of employment from all levels of management throughout the organization.

By attending this webinar, you will:

Understand how communication impacts the employee experience from the first interaction with the organization.

Be able to train managers and team leaders to have consistent communication with their staff or team members as an effective way to create project and company loyalty.

Learn how to best communicate with the current workforce which is primarily Millennials, Gen X, and Boomers.

Understand how to use more updated approaches to address employee dissatisfaction that might lead to turnover as opposed to the current model of employee satisfaction surveys and exit interviews.
