  • Will be able to identify processes you can automate.
  • Understand types of resources needed in automation.

Description: The webinar is intended to help you think outside the box and let you use technology to streamline your business processes and bring a quick ROI.   It’s goal is to make you think how you can use technology to automate processes within your practice.  Understand which process can be easily automated.  Identifying what type of resources is needed to automate your process.  We have automated our patient collections, patient reminders, appeal letters, patient refunds and reports (as a few examples).   Automation minimizes cost due to manual errors and inefficiency.   Many people think it cost too much to automate when it can actually reduce your cost and increase your efficiencies.  This webinar will give you examples of process that other orthopaedic offices have automated and steps taken to automate.
