Outsourcing marketing versus in-house marketing is an interesting debate. BoulderCentre for Orthopedics and Spine, PC. outsources the majority of their marketing and Missoula Bone & Joint Orthopedics employs a full time marketing specialist. Here are two contrasting examples of marketing strategies that work to help you decide what's right for your practice's specific needs.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Understand the pros and cons of both in-house and outsourced marketing.
  2. Determine which approach is right for your practice.
  3. Gain advice and insight from two practices who employ different marketing strategies.
