Title: Physician Burnout:  Signs, Challenges and Solutions!

The goal is for physicians to remain as actively engaged and passionate as possible. How can physicians maintain a life balance as we establish a new generation of healthcare? Recent changes have resulted in some very talented physicians retiring earlier than planned.  Attend this webinar to learn operational strategies and to create action plans that help you work with your staff as a team. These options and approaches assist physicians in providing patient care to your degree of standards while avoiding conflict and burnout from the earliest indicators.

Learning Objectives:

  • Recognize the difference between stress and burnout and when it's time to seek outside help.
  • Learn about the top seven steps for orthopaedic practices to avoid dysfunctional behavior that can lead to burnout.
  • Review proven studies and recommended healing strategies and approaches to handling burnout that offer successful results.
  • Get tips to reconcile the impact to patients, staff, and the community.
  • Learn how physicians can work together with a code of conduct to create a more balanced life and approach to patient care.
