Members and non-members have opportunities to earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) through ongoing AAOE educational programs that support your professional development

The main opportunity to earn CEUs is at the annual conference. Six organizations approved CEUs for the AAOE 2016 Annual Conference. 

The following organizations have approved CEUs for the AAOE 2017 Annual Conference. 

 

AAPC

This program has the prior approval of AAPC for 89 continuing education hours. Granting of prior approval in no way constitutes endorsement by AAPC of the program content or the program sponsor.

 


Board of Certification, Inc. (BOC)

The American Alliance of Orthopaedic Executives is approved by the Board of Certification, Inc. to offer continuing education for Certified Athletic Trainers.

 

 

Continuing Medical Education (CME)
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Foundation for Orthopaedic Research and Education (FORE) and American Alliance of Orthopaedic Executives (AAOE). The Foundation for Orthopaedic Research and Education is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

 


Healthcare Billing and Management Association (HBMA)

This event has been approved by the Healthcare Billing and Management Association (HBMA) for credit toward attaining or maintaining your Certified Healthcare Billing and Management Executive credential (CHBME) as a Non-HBMA sponsored event.

 


National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA)

The American Alliance of Orthopaedic Executives is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org.
