The American Association of Orthopaedic Executives (AAOE) has been approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to participate in the Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) for 2018 as a Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR).

Why does this matter? Any sized orthopaedic practice can participate at a truly affordable rate for:

  • Patient Satisfaction
  • Patient Reported Outcomes
  • Quality Measures
  • One, Two, or All: $100 per provider for 2018 and $200 for years two, three, and four if you sign up by April 17, 2018

“The QCDR is an exciting and important addition to the resources AAOE members can use to better manage our practices and set the standard for excellence in the industry,” says AAOE President Ron Chorzewski, PT, MBA, Executive Director, Agility Orthopedics. “This is a major step forward and we look forward to continued growth.”

This is an important initiative of AAOE to give back to the orthopaedic community by providing all members, no matter their practice size, with a one-stop-shop for their data collection, benchmarking, and reporting needs at a truly affordable rate. AAOE members who sign up by April 17, 2018 pay only $100 per provider for 2018 and a maximum of $200 per provider per year for the following three years. This rate includes access to one or all elements of the data warehouse, depending on your level of participation.
