Description:

As reimbursement continues to decrease and regulatory constraints increase, practices are forced to find ways to enhance operations while maintaining excellence in care. On top of that, billing limitations specific to outpatient therapy have made it difficult to increase productivity in order to offset declining revenues. The recent shift to value-based reimbursement means that clinics must evaluate their current practices and institute effective strategies to meet the new demands. In order to achieve this, the practice must understand its current operations and create tools and instruments that monitor progress toward goals, as well provide feedback to therapists on clinical and operational benchmarks.

By attending this webinar, you will be able to:

  • Identify Key Therapy Metrics.
  • Create instruments and tools to manage and monitor therapy operations.
  • Understand the POPTS regulatory environment including recent changes.
