The ALPS Program unites experienced Mentors with Apprentices. Mentors provide guidance and insight to assist the Apprentice in their personal and professional growth, development and education. Through the ALPS Program, Mentors and Apprentices enhance their abilities and increase the skills necessary to successfully conduct the day-to-day management of an orthopaedic practice.

The ALPS Program provides an excellent opportunity for the experienced member (Mentor) to develop a meaningful relationship with the new practice administrators (Apprentice) at the local, state, or regional level.
