The American Alliance of Orthopaedic Executives is run primarily by member volunteers just like you, with assistance from an office staff based in Indianapolis, Indiana. If you have ever wondered how AAOE conducts its business, are interested in contacting the staff and Board of Directors of AAOE, or want to know why AAOE does things the way it does, you will find answers here!

The staff at AAOE is here to serve YOU - our members! Learn about the staff at AAOE and feel free to reach out for questions, comments, or concerns. We would love to hear from you!
The Articles of Incorporation are a legal document that creates a corporation.

Meet the AAOE Board of Directors

AAOE is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of five officers and six directors-at-large. The Board of Directors is elected by members, to serve members. Board Members donate their time for the betterment of AAOE and for that we thank them!

Bylaws

The bylaws will tell you why AAOE does things the way it does. You can find out everything you ever wanted to know about the association; and probably more.
The purpose of the American Alliance of Orthopaedic Executives is exclusively educational and charitable and was created to set the standard for knowledge and insight as it relates to orthopaedic practice management.

"A cornerstone of a successful association is effective governance principles and practices - principles that support communication and practices that delineate responsibilities."
